Children Support Society

We have one representative in the Presidency of the Joinville Society of Children Support, Mrs. Maura Silvia Schnaider Wiest.

This society, also called through its abbreviation SJAC, was formed on 01/10/1963, being a civil entity with not for profit purposes.

It aims at:

  • Providing – in a supplementary manner – material needs for the poor children of the city;
  • Support those who are sick, offering medicines and means to seek treatment;
  • Elevate morally, even trying to reach the kid’s homes, bringing the support to the mothers;
  • Improve – as much as possible – the conditions of feeding and hygiene;
  • Prepare the children for a useful and happy existence, promoting healthy and educational occupations.
