EducaWiest: More than an opportunity – a commitment!!!

Aiming at providing the conclusion of fundamental education and high school to the company’s staff, the EducaWiest is an opportunity and an incentive to all of those who did not yet finish their schooling, so that – in the near future – the company may accomplish its ideal: all employees shall have at least completed high school.

The program is performed in a partnership with SESI (Brazilian Industries Social Services) and attends to the requirements from the Education Secretary.

EducaWiest appeared from the need of providing – at the company – an environment that could awake the interest for self-development through all workers – both personal as well as professional – resulting in an equalization of the basic schooling level at the company.
